GBS is headquartered in West Jakarta, Indonesia and operates a 27,000 square meter customized manufacturing facility located at Tiga Raksa Industrial Estate, Cikupa-Banten. It's about 45 km to west of Jakarta city through toll road.
GBS also have land bank 30,000 square meters ready for expansion if needed. GBS have 8 dedicated lines for making various of cosmetic, personal and home care products such as cosmetic aerosol, flammable liquid cologne, semi solid toothpaste & gel, perfumed powder, cream emulsion, oil water-free, viscous liquid and antiseptic disinfectant home care lines. The operations have full ISO 9001 and GMP accreditation, and we believe this reflects our strong commitment to setting the highest standards for product quality and safety.
Our cGMP compliant and BPOM/NAFDC Registered factory utilizes the latest regulation requirements on to manufacture products as quickly as possible, under the highest quality standards. All products are mixed, filled, capped, labeled, coded and wrapped under scrupulous quality control procedures and standards. Product testing is conducted at multiple stages of formulation and manufacture to ensure consistency and quality. We have GMP Certificate from BPOM/NAFDC for Cosmetic Aerosol such as deodorant.
